• What is the refund policy? Nonrefundable. All fees go to making this event possible and we appreciate you understanding.

    You can update the information on your order (like name, email address, or answers to the organizer's questions) by clicking your order on the Tickets page. If you don't see an "Edit" link after selecting your order, the event organizer has disabled attendees' ability to change order information. Here, you can send a message to the organizer by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of the event listing. Also, if you entered a typo for your email, you can easily log in with the typo'd email address and password to update the email address on your Eventbrite account. If you don't recall the typo'd email address, you'll want to reach out to the event organizer to request they update the information on your order.

 

  • Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Please have your ID on hand. Printed tickets are not needed, BUT feel to screenshot your ticket just incase. We have a Master List.

 

  • The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? No. We need your ID so please make sure when registering you put your Given name (name on your ID) so we can find you on our master list. You can update your ticket info Here.

  • Volunteers: Interested in Volunteering? Great! We need Volunteers. To keep everyone honest, you will purchase a full priced ticket. After working your COMPLETE shift, a portion of your payment will be reimbursed as a thank you and small compensation for your efforts. Shifts are 4 Hours per day. PRE EVENT: We will email you back with event schedule (workshops, rides and entertainment) and volunteer time slots for your volunteer shift. AT EVENT: Please check in at the main tent for your work schedule. Each attendee will receive a colored lanyard with event schedule and volunteer shift. You will have access to a camp site space, goodie bag and ticket discount.  THANK YOU so much! We will be emailing you soon with your Volunteer Time slot! Can’t wait to be together in July!

  • When do I get my Swag Bag? Swag Bags are for Early Bird Ticket holders. They can be picked up at the registration tent when you arrive at the event. We have your name on the list. We do not save or mail swag bags, if you don’t show up they will be donated to volunteers.

  • Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Must be 21 or older to attend.

  • What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? MOTORCYCLES & CARS: Proceed to the registration booth, pick up wristbands and sign waiver. You will be directed to parking and camping.

  •  RVS/ Toy Haulers: Everyone must purchase a General Admission ticket. Once you’ve do so:

  • PETS: Dog MUST be friendly with no history of aggression. Please do not keep your pet in a hot tent all day. (Please Clean up After them and keep them on a leash at all times, again If your dog is aggressive, please don't bring it)

  • What can/can't I bring to the event?

    YOU CAN BRING: Yourself, Your Bike, Car or Truck, CASH & CREDIT CARDS, A Reusable Water Bottle (We will have water to Refill on site), Bring anything you NEED to Camp for the weekend (External Chargers, food, tent, credit cards, Cash) NO ATM’S ON SITE, Rain Gear, Swim suit, Pets are allowed.     DON'T BRING: NO MEN (Sorry guys), No bad attitudes or Drama mama, No Fireworks, No Commercial Photography (Unless Approved by THE FOX RUN & CO) Instagram IS OKAY, No ATV’s or Mini Bikes, No Hot Doggin or Burn outs in the Campgrounds, No Weapons.

  • How do I connect with other attendees? Comment on our Facebook Event Page to connect with other attendees from your area.

  • Can I reserve a Camp Spot? Camp spots are a first come, first serve basis. There is Tons of camping in the wooded area with plenty of tree and coverage. Please make room for those camping. If you have any issues with mobility please let us know so we can accommodate you. No cars in the wooded camping area, Drop Off/ Pick up only.

REMINDER:

The Campground Owners (some are men) will be supplying wood, helping with any issues and cleaning up so PLEASE BE KIND TO THEM. If you do see men, please kindly let them know the event is private. Find a member of our staff if there are any issues.
